A complete tripod and head set, the Manfrotto Befree Advanced collection is designed to be a sturdy and portable setup for travel photographers using mirrorless or DSLR systems.
The Befree Advanced comes bearing a new Advanced M-lock system, a new twist-lock solution designed to be fast and easy to use on the move. The Befree Advanced QPL Travel lever lock is a lighter version of the leg locks found on the 190 and 055 collections, which are designed for quick setup and full stability in all configurations.
New ergonomic leg-angle selectors on the tripod have been designed to allow left- and right-handed photographers to use the tripod in a multitude of different setups and angles, while a new spider is designed to maximise stability. Easy Link allows accessories to be added, while an integrated hook allows additional weight to be hung on the tripod for ballast.
The collection also includes the new Manfrotto 494 aluminium ball head, which features three independent controls for maximum precision and flexibility: a main knob for the sphere lock, an independent panoramic knob and a new friction knob that works on the ball tension for balance.
The head mounts the 200PL-PRO aluminium plate for RC2 and Arca-swiss compatibility.
